If you look at this visble sat image loop you can see an outflow boundary comming out of the convection in the northwestern extent of TD3E not a good sign seeing that but the TD can reorganize during the night and maybe by tommorow morning TS Blas may born.However the window is closing as cooler waters are to it's west and northwest.

still looks like we are having net convergence. What this will mean with the outflow boundary is that the circulation will take longer to tighten up since the new area of a cyclone is the old area times e to the power of (d times t) A2=A1*(e^(dt)) where e is the exponential, d is the divergence, and t is the time. We still have net convergence (a negative d); thus, we will still see some tightening, though at a slower rate than normally does occur
