Any correlation to the Terrebonne Readiness and Assistance Coalition (TRAC)? That's all I found when I Googled "TRAC" and "Louisiana" that sounded remotely relevant. Apparently, there is a faith-based non-profit organization by this name that helps area homeowners recover from severe flooding.
