like I've been saying, climotology, a little shear, and the eastern caribbean are not places for a td to form in most cases. Western caribbean different story. Also, I believe the wave has slowed just a tad according to the tpc, to 20-25 mph. I believe when it starts approaching the Long. of about 70 degrees long. we will see a slow down somewhat.
