North winds from Hispanola

At 0200 hours winds were N/E, then they were NNE and now they are from the north..
Although pressures are not that low, it doesn't take a GOPBI alumnus to determine that there is some sort of circulation nearby, right??

Brand new QS pass.

Nope, no circulation, just a wind curvature indicative of a strong wave. It's moving too fast to have west winds on the south side.

N--E windshift = circulation as in 360 degrees?..simply a windshift..we would need alot more supporting facts than a 90 degree windshift to say there is a surface circulation..imho
