Going nowhere

These two quasi systems are not going to develop into anything. The gulf stream is stretching this system too much. Although it will be a nasty wave. Who knows maybe a depression because this hurricance season is getting me depressed.

The Gulf Stream? Stretching it? Try an upper level low.

24N 87W thats next the 99L is running out of time, the 90L has more time w/o ULL.
