Does 99L looks like TD #7, 2003?

Although both systems doesn't have the same point of origin, it seems that if 99L develops it will have the same luck. It probably will develop a few miles away from the mainland and hours later make landfall in any of these three states; Georgia, South or North Carolina. Let see what happens after all!
