.TODAY AND TONIGHT...
TROPICAL DEPRESSION NUMBER TWO IS FORECAST BY THE NATIONAL HURRICANE

THIS HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BRING STRONG WINDS...HIGH SEAS AND
SURF...AND TORRENTIAL RAINFALL TO THE LOCAL ISLANDS EARLY THURSDAY
MORNING THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING...OR POSSIBLY LONGER...DEPENDING ON
SPEED OF MOTION. LOCAL INTERESTS SHOULD CLOSELY MONITOR THE LATEST
BULLETINS AND STATEMENTS ISSUED ON THIS DEVELOPING WEATHER
SITUATION. BULLETINS ON TROPICAL SYSTEMS ARE ISSUED AT 5 AM...11
AM...5PM...AND 11 PM BY THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER.

SCATTERED SHOWERS AHEAD OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION NUMBER TWO ARE
EXPECTED TO AFFECT THE U.S VIRGIN ISLANDS THIS AFTERNOON.

.SPOTTER CALL TO ACTION STATEMENT...
SPOTTER ACTIVATION IS ANTICIPATED FOR THE EVENING HOURS TODAY AND
EARLY MORNING HOURS ON THURSDAY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...
TROPICAL DEPRESSION NUMBER TWO IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE ACROSS THE
REGION. THIS HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BRING STRONG WINDS...HIGH SEAS AND
SURF...AND TORRENTIAL RAINFALL TO THE LOCAL ISLANDS EARLY THURSDAY
MORNING THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING...OR POSSIBLY LONGER...DEPENDING ON

Well they ddin't put much of thier own thoughts into that one..like they usually do..Reads like they are as uncertain as NHC and are just riding the NHC forecast..Wet winds for the islands is no surprise..now if it continues to move west and avoid affecting PR that would be a surprise..and it very well may do that..wave or not..dead sea or not..it can certainly regen down the road..I think Abajan left a can of Red Bull outside last night..TD2 has wings...
