TD - MLC

In reviewing the visible satellite loop, the Tropical Depression really looks like it's longated. However, if we llok further we can see a MLC (not sure there is LLC) firing up south east of St. Lucia and a little further south then the previous advisories. What I believe may be happening it's that this new MLC will be the main focal point and a new LLC will form and the depression will slow down. However, the fact that it develops further south will impact the further course.

The latest model runs are now hinting at a further west course and this may be cause because of the continued westward course or the trough will not be as strong as previous thought.

I think TWC said that they are sending another recon plane out soon, for the 5 PM update from NHC.

I think a recon flight should go out there and keep an eye on it because it makes sense. I think it's already slowing down and probably just starting to get it's act together but too hard to tell with the limited data we have right now.

Who thinks a recon flight is needed?
