What would suck if we go to sleep tonight or not go to sleep tonight see in the morning that Charley is like Irene and Se FL would be screwed.

I live in South Miami and remember Irene very well. We were all confident that it was going to Tampa and WHAM it hit SE fl. Cuba has the tendency to slightly change the course of storms. Let's keep an eye on this one.

I've been thinking the same thing all day.

I agree. I've been thinking the same thing all day as well. Irene, although mild, was totally unexpected here in PB County.

I totally agree with all of you. I will not be sleeping tight in the Upper Keys tonight.

I live in Miramar which is in extreme south Broward and when Hurricane Irene hit SFla, I could swear that the eye(or center) of Irene moved right over my house! My dad and I were outside that night and he told me about it. I swear no joke. I was in the center of Irene and I do NOT want to be in the center of Charley. lol!!
