Freakin PHENOM water Vapor shot from U of Washington

This enahmnced water vapor shot shows sooooo much the dark brown areas in the Northern Gulf is the dry air BEHIND the cold front.... and the front is right along the border of the dark brown -- the white cloud

The first thing that occurs to me looking at that, is that the western gulf doesn't exactly look threatened. But I guess we've already concluded that one.

Nice SHot..... a little searching found where they hide the loops on that site (its been bookmarked)....thanks for sharing the link!

Check out the 24 and 48 hr IR loops...sweet....watch out non broadband users...that 24/all loop is something in the neighborhood of 32MB...ouch...

Yep...and we're in that dry crisp air! Record lows for tonight with upper 50's for Northshore and mid 60's in New Orleans proper! It's August 12--almost hard to believe!
