getting across cuba! (crossed the thinnest point) whats it been an ha couple of hours on land? he shouldnt miss a beat!with next vortex

Agreed, how many miles wide is Cuba where it went over? Or did it pick up forward speed?

my cuba map (i do have one handy--insert from NG) looks around 25miles or so....

The eye has stayed intact...it's heading into some very warm waters...if the dry air ceases, the system is really going to strengthen.
