Which TD will be a tropical storm first or both at same time

TD#4 will be Danielle and TD#5 will be Earl but as I know the tropics has surprises so we will see.What do you think will happen with these two systems?

Interesting to note that the name Earl formed in the gulf a few years ago and now another Earl may go there?

TD5 had an amazing presentation coming off the coast of Africa, and we are getting into primetime, CV-style.

Since I've seldom seen a CV exit that already looked like a ready-made TS, I'm going for 5. It's projected to be a cane in less than 72 hours.

I have a feeling that TD 5 will be upgraded first, but TD 4 still probably will. TD 4 has lost a little organization, while TD 5 remains organized. If both are upgraded at 11 (or 5) who becomes what? TD 5 became an invest first and is more of a threat to land, but TD 4 became a TD first.
