No TD 8 at 11

Looks like no TD 8 as of 11 AM despite support from satellite estimates. Most likely the NHC wants to see the convection last a little longer and show a little more organization.

Yeah - it really looks like a hybrid or subtropical kind of development. Regardless, if the shear remains as light as it is now and convection keeps going we should have to deal with it this afternoon or evening. That would throw a whole other monkey wrench into the fate of Frances.

I don't want to think about what headachs this will cause with forcasting. Hard enough as is and adding more complexity just throws me for a loop. Buttttttt....if having a 3rd storm around makes any impact on frances fish wise...GO BABY GOOOOOOOO....if not STAY AWAY! ;)

which is why I keep on saying about these 5 day forecast did any of them pickup on Gaston, or td8 which it will be by way things look at 5pm. Throws another wretch into the mix.
