A WELL-ORGANIZED TROPICAL WAVE IS CENTERED ABOUT 60 MILES
NORTH-NORTHEAST OF THE WESTERN CAPE VERDE ISLANDS IN THE FAR
EASTERN TROPICAL ATLANTIC OCEAN. CONDITIONS REMAIN AT LEAST
MARGINALLY FAVORABLE FOR A TROPICAL DEPRESSION TO DEVELOP DURING
THE NEXT DAY OR SO AS THE SYSTEM MOVES SLOWLY WEST-NORTHWESTWARD.

Keep close eye on this!
