There is no denying that the Gulfstream will supply some nice, warm water, but the land interaction will also be a factor. ... and then it also depends on the stage of core/eyewall transformation it may be in at the time. All things considered, IMHO, I would venture a minimal cat 4 or strong cat 3. Still a monster...
