and it is rapidly expanding in the western/northwestern quadrants. This could be a sign that the shear is weakening. I almost thought the eye was relocating, but at 15:15 new convection has formed halfway around the eye, mainly in the north and east quadrants. Will be an interesting day for Frances and all those along the EC of FL.
