GREAT ABACO....NOT MOVING

The visuals and radar all indicate the same thing....FRANCES has not moved for hours and has essentially been spinning over the southern end of Great Abaco all afternoon. To verify in terms of time, FRANCES will have to begin moving soon or those on the FL coast can push back the timing for landfall. I am not a Lyons basher but I wonder what he is looking at.
