So far, has the Nation Hurricane Center been correct in forecasting Frances?
I remember reading, on another post,
the NHC has only been off by 173 miles.
There own margin of error is 250-300 miles.
Is this true?
The Hurricane models are driving people nuts.
It's almost like anyone can open a map in Photoshop, draw a line,
post it on the Web, and panic a whole city.
Thanks for your response.

Excellent point Ron. And so very true. I think all these models are affecting the panic level we all feel.
