Ivan looks like a cane trying to pop out an eye feature?

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Maybe it is the clouds moving but there is a little faint dark spot in the middle of the ball of convection.Let's see with more frames if it is an eye poping out or not.

Cycloneye, according to the computer models, Iván will continue moving west, and then WNW toward the Lesser Antilles. After it crosses the into the Eastern Caribbean Sea, will the storm continue WNW or more North? Because I'm seeing the storm in the Bahamas in the next 6 to 7 days, according to the latest NHC forecast. I hope Florida will not be impacted once again but things doesn't look very good right now.

The new frame didn't show the same feature so maybe it was cloud movements but neverless the storm looks like it is more organized now than earlier this morning.

This frame still shows that faint dark spot in the middle of the deep convection.

There is no thought Iván will be the next big one, "Iván the Terrible".

That spot looks a bit more clear at this frame.
