Inner eye wall forming?

Looks like a new smaller eye wall is trying to form just northwest of the grand bahama island. I don't know how to link this but you can see it on the radar at intellicast.com.

Maybe...but which area?

On the west side, or more to the east side of the overall center?

Looks to me as if an eye wall could form in either loaction.
