Rain calmed down a little bit but i think it's coming again.
I still have power but it's in and out.

The Streets are ok. I went driving around and few small trees down. Some debris in the road.

Here in Jupiter there are sustained winds of im guessing about 60 mph and gusts to 80. ALOT of trees are down, and flooding is beginning  .

UPDATE 3:37

Winds have picked up even more.

Went out again.

Saw a few traffic lights hanging down here in S Melbourne/Palm Bay....

Few trees down. Extreme ponding on roads. Ditches filling up with water arleady.

Getting hard to drive but I will try to go out in a few hours again.

Power is still on, but flickering

Chris,

Please don't go back out....
"It's not the wind, its what's in it"
In a few hours, the overcast should make it darker.
It will be difficult to judge water depth and officials, if they are out, are arresting people, here.
We have a curfew in Osceola, doesn't Brevard?

Chris, you can see the damage after Frances is gone. Don't risk your safety by driving around during the hurricane.

According to the news, Brevard is now under a curfew, the whole county as of 3pm EST. You should no longer be out and about, not only do you create a danger for yourself, but those that may have to rescue you if you get into trouble.
