Any Word from BPJR051?

#1 Postby debbiet » Sat Sep 04, 2004 6:12 pm

Just wondering if there has been any more word from BPJRO51 at the Martin County EOC...have dear friends whose home is around there...I saw the warning post about Stuart/Martin County, just wondering if there were any further reports of damage since his post earlier this afternoon.

At this point the eyewall is beginning to move onshore at that location (within the next 20 minutes). They will have their hands full at this time and I doubt you will hear any word at least until they eye is over them.

Can report that we are getting into the worst of it right now. Lots of tree damage and minor structural damage so far. We will do a quick assessment during the calm of the eye. NO REPORT OF INJURIES so far. Can give you a better assessment in the morning when our guys can get back out there on the street. Hope this helps.
