Don't let your guard down:

WHEN she does move ashore and winds lessen, stay alert. With the slow movement, torrentual rains will saturate the ground which will allow trees to be uprooted even with lesser winds.

Excellent advice.

The grounds will be super saturated and TS force winds will do significant tree uprooting.
