this storm is going to have to start vering NW pretty damn soon. And there are no signs of NE movement right now.
Considering that FIRST NHC track predicting that this storm would be moving in an almost due westward direction was the 5 PM Saturday advisory track, I'm not sure I believe their current track prediction.
On Friday they had the storm ending up in Georgia while just 9 hours ago they had the storm ending up in Mississippi. The lastest puts it in Alabama.

They must know that if this thing cuts straight westward across Florida, even at this slow rate, things would then get very interesting for the Gulf Coast considering the large area of water it would then have to work with.
