Here in Sarasota
Conditions have gone downhill since morning. Nothing terrible, just windy and blustery with intermittent intense rain squalls. Glad we brought all the plants in, put the pool furniture, etc. Haven't lost power or internet yet and am hoping for the best. The Channel 8 mets in Tampa are spending too much time "showing off" their VIPIR system and our local station's (ABC affiliate) coverage is chatty but not very informative. And I am overloaded with TWC. Will be a long 24 hours but much easier for us than our neighbors to the north and on the east coast.
