IN THIS IMAGE YOU CAN SEE THAT IVAN HAS A GREAT OUTFLOW IN ALL QUADRANTS, SHEAR MUST BE VERY LOW OR DOESN'T EXIST AT ALL:

IN THIS IMAGE YOU CAN THAT THE DRY AIR IS NOT VERY DRY AROUND AND NOT EVEN AFFECTING THE SYSTEM, SO DRY AIR SEEMS NOT A PROBLEM:

I SURELY BELIEVE THE GREATEST PROBLEM IS ITS MOMENTUM, A CAT. 4 HURRICANE WILL HAVE A TREMENDOUS HARD TIME TO MAINTAIN ITS INTENSITY AND MOVING OVER 20 MPH.
