AREA...IS CENTERED MIDWAY BETWEEN AFRICA AND THE LESSER ANTILLES.
THIS SYSTEM HAS THE POTENTIAL FOR SLOW DEVELOPMENT DURING THE NEXT
DAY OR TWO AS IT MOVES WESTWARD AT 10 TO 15 MPH.
