hard to explain?
Would any of the mets care to explain the phenomina of a hurricane, possibly of this magnitude, becoming a weather system unto itself, basically affecting it's own track, absorbing and incorporating systems around it and/or pushing weather systems out of its' way. Does Ivan have this potential?
