this is suppose to be webcams from Cayman Islands Port Authority...they are suppose to update every 2 min...by looking at the properties it says the images were updated 9/11...so i think they are valid...there is not enough going on to notice any change in the image....so i cant tell if they are working and up or not....but possibly could be something
