IVAN Remnents May Stall Out Over Appalachians

In NHC's 5pm discussion they warned that after landfall,Ivan's remnets will move slowly or stall out over the Appalachians causing serious flooding :(

That is NOT good, the basins in piedmont NC/SC are still full around here.

That will be a disaster indeed.

I wish a trough would come by and get rid of Ivan for everone. (These weak steering currents are for the birds!)
