hurricanes and mountains

If a F5 hurricane went over a montain which would probley effect the other more,the mountain affecting the hurricane or the hurricane affecting the mountain?

Do you mean a F5 tornadoe? If so, I don't think it would do a thing to it because tornadoes are from the cloud down. As for the hurricane yes a mountain will make the low level cirulation undefined. Which a mountain is tall so the winds have to go around it. What you get when that happens is the hurricane not able to have a defined cirulaton. What else is normally a mountain means land which cuts the tropical cyclone off from its energy source.

More powerful winds too. Like putting your thumb at the end of a water hose, the pressure causes the water to come out with more force.
