From the 8:00am intermediate advisory:
Maximum sustained winds are near 45 mph... 75 km/hr...with higher
gusts. Some increase in strength is possible during the next
24 hours.
Tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 85 miles
...140 km...mainly to the east of the center.
The latest pressure measured by a reconnaissance aircraft was
1000 mb...29.53 inches.
Whatever happens, she is looking a little healthier on satellite, and is pulling away from land, so it has a few more things going for it now. Let's hope it doesn't get much stronger.
Jeanne at 8:00 - Still 45mph

Very confused....
Can someone tell me what the current forecast for Jeanne means? I looked at NHC and it looks like it will go out to sea. Is that right or is this thing stalling before it makes landfall?
