This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Can TD13 Survive Behind Karl?

#1 Postby SeaBrz_FL » Sun Sep 19, 2004 8:55 pm

Would like to hear your opinions on this. One of our local forecasters is stating that in the situation the two are in, so close together, the smaller storm behind usually dies.

I'm not really worried about either one of these storms, but wondered if this is usually what happens to storms this close together. Thanks!
