Just a feeling

#1 Postby mmgray » Wed Sep 22, 2004 4:11 pm

I hate to say this, but with the way the year has gone and everything seeming to go further west than anticipated, I get the feeling Florida may be in for another rough time. I mean no ill will toward you folks down there it just seems like you drew the short straw this year. Anyone else get that feeling?

It appears the latest models feel that way, many neighbors feel that way since not to many of them (including myself) have bothered to take down all of our shutters. I left the second story ones in place, was planning to take them down this weekend, guess I’ll leave them up just in case…

anyone know what the highest number of named storms to hit one state in a year? Didn't NC get 5 or 6 sometime in the mid 90's
