She looks like she is intesifying to me...not rapidly..but sometimes 'slow and steady wins the race' Believe there is a great possibility for mid Cat 3. I don't believe the dry air is effecting her anywhere near as much as we would like.


No, it sure isn't. I think part of that may be due to the continued good outflow pattern. The combination of that ridge and the ULL continues to provide a great exhaust system for Jeanne. I think part of what we're seeing on the WV images is that high pressure system elongating a bit.
