Watching Dvorak loop, intensification phase begins for Jeann

looking at expansion of CDO to the north over the high pressure to the north. Jeanne is expanding and center of circulation appears to be consolidating. definite west movement

Here is an excellent big-picture WV loop of the CONUS w/ Jeanne. She looks like one helluva storm right now....w/ some impressive outflow. Looks like the deep convection is now encompassing a very large eye. The other thing of note is the ridge - looks to be moving south still. I wouldn't be surprised to see motion between 255-265 in a bit.
