The strongest convection has been to the south of the system for the last 12 hours..is this expected to be the case as it makes landfall and the turn or will the moisture rotate around towards the weakness? Frances was virtualy dry here in sw florida..right now this looks like much more rain might fall with Jeanne..Only saving grace is the faster forward speed..
