think about this?

Frances came over Tampa with 70 MPH winds. Jeanne is 15 MPH stronger and 2x as fast. The way I see it Tampa has at bare minimum cat 1 winds. Lets hope for a big mountain to pop up in the middle of the state and weaken this thing.
