Besides our featured tropical cyclones, we're monitoring a few invest systems.

First is the remnants of TC 03A which have moved back over the Arabian Sea. Don't expect a great deal of redevelopment with this system.

In the WPAC, another invest just southeast of Iwo Jima (Invest 92W) is fairly weak. Development for this system remains quite low, but will be monitored.

Another invest in the EPAC, 99E, is looking better on satellite and could become the 15th depression for the EPAC in the next couple of days.

Things in the EPAC are moving fast.Now TD14E has turned into Tropical Storm Kay.And I see 99E turning into TD15-E this afternoon.

Well Mike Kay in 6 hours weakened into a depression and 99E still is not a TD.
