I think that you are talking about the red dot area, but that doesn't look like circulation to me YET. I still see no LLC.

Doesn't look like anything at all to me. Convection has decreased and become less concentrated since yesterday. Certainly no recon will fly today. Development in the Caribbean is looking less likely.

Still nothing I'd call circulation on the San Juan long range.
