The only thing I've found so far is from Le Monde, which doesn't have an English edition. Best that I can tell from the Babelfish translation, one dead so far, several houses destroyed, others cracked and damaged. Firemen and doctors have been called out.

The epicentre of the jolt was localised between the south of the Guadeloupe (islands of Holy) and the independent island close to the Domenica.
An earthquake, a magnitude of 6,3 on the open scale of Richter according to the Observatory volcanologic of the Guadeloupe, made a death and several casualties, Sunday November 21 in Guadeloupe, one learned near the authorities from the island.
In the area of Point-with-Clown, a man found death after having thrown fourth floor of his building at the time of the seism, indicated the prefect of the Guadeloupe, Paul Girot de Langlade.
According to him, the most significant damage was recorded with Ground-of-Low, one of the two islands of the archipelago of the Holy ones, where several people were wounded. One is unaware of the gravity of their wounds. At least seven houses were destroyed, several were fissured and the pediment of the church collapsed.
The major part of the population of this island of 1 300 inhabitants was gathered on the lawn of the single stage of Ground-of-Low, one learned to the firemen. They asked so that doctors, as well as cover and campbeds, are conveyed for this island located at 15 km in the Low-Ground south, the chief town of the Guadeloupe. In addition, with Three-Rivers, a commune of the south of the Guadeloupe, a house broke down, two people were wounded and several houses fissured, according to the municipality.
Since the first jolt, recorded at 7. 50 local (13. 50 in Paris), several counterparts of less intensity were felt, according to a journalist of the AFP. The epicentre of the jolt was located, by the Observatories of Strasbourg and of the Guadeloupe, between the south of the Guadeloupe (islands of Holy) and the independent island close to the Domenica. According to the Observatory of Strasbourg, the magnitude of the seism was measured to 6,0 on the scale of Richter. According to the prefecture, the telephone networks fixes and mobile "seem reached" in Guadeloupe.
