2004 Summary from Colorado State University

Here's an intesting review of the Atlantic tropical weather season for 2004 which comes out of Colorado State University. It is provided by one of Dr. Gray's associates.

Interesting, and a great summary. After all, an incredible 9 weeks experience that was provided by this hurricane season.
