Ingrid is continuing to scrap along the northern coast of the Northern Territory as the system is weakening thanks to land interaction. Watches and warnings have been posted for parts of the Northern Territory – for storm information specific to your area, please monitor products issued by your local weather office.

This system has just been upgraded to TD 02W. The JTWC forecast has this system developing into a strong tropical storm over the next few days. When the JMA determines it's a tropical storm, it will be named Roke.

Position: 11.5S 130.2E (55 mi W of Snake Bay, Australia)
Movement: WSW at 5 mph
Winds: 105 mph
Pressure: 955 mb / 28.20"
Dvorak Est: T5.0/5.5
Ingrid continues to weaken as she interacts with the northern coast of the Northern Territory. Expect a chance of redevelopment as Ingrid moves over water, but this would be short-lived as Ingrid is expected to make landfall in Western Australia.
Watches and warning have been posted for parts of the Northern Territory and Western Australia. For storm information specific to your area, please monitor products issued by your local weather office.

Willy continues to weaken as it interacts with a shortwave trough.
Tropical Storm Noname (0502/02W) (13/21Z)
Position: 9.4N 142.7E (315 mi ESE of Yap, Micronesia)
Movement: WNW at 18 mph
Winds: 40 mph
Pressure: 998 mb / 29.47"
Dvorak Est: T1.5/1.5
This system has continued to develop. JMA still considers this to be a depression, although the conversion from 10-min winds to 1-min winds makes for a tropical storm according to American standards. Expect further development into a full-fledge tropical storm throughout the next few days as 0502 approaches the Philippines.
