Hurricane Poem

Did anyone in Tampa happen to hear the hurricane poem that was recited on the country music station today? It was so good, but I only heard part of it. Wish I could get a copy of it to share.

There once was a storm named Frances
On Florida, she made her advances
She came as a four
Then weakened some more
But still made us all pee in our pantses
