Pensacola gets over 10 inches of rain

#1 Postby Wacahootaman » Fri Apr 01, 2005 5:53 am

I just heard where Pensacola got over 10 inches of rain yesterday!

Also realize that there are still lots of roofs in the Pensacola area that havent been fixed since Hurricane Ivan.

Those people cannot be happy campers for sure!

It's been coming down steadily to heavy since 1:00 pm yesterday, and the area is going to get a couple inches more of rain yet. We even got some hail late last night. The people with blue roofs probably are having all kinds of problems.

On the bright side, good soaking rains reduce the risk of wildfires for a while.
