Easy because 3.0 means 45kts as they are on the conservative side. Also we have to be praying for those people at Guatemala and El Salvador because they will get a drone of rain and there is no celebration there.

The eye is no longer as distinct as it was.

The NHC would say, and I agree, it's not really an eye, but a center
of circulation. Well-defined eyes are usually cleared out and are seen in
hurricanes, usually cat 2 or greater.

there is no eye yet, but it's trying to form, so you can't say it's not as distinct because there is no eye yet
