Just a quick note. Tonight on TalkinTropics, TPC and Tropical Analysis Forecast Branch forecaster Jamie Rhome will be dialing in tonight.

We'll catch his thoughts on the tropics so far this season, find out a bit more about the goings on at the TPC/NHC/TAFB and more starting at 10:00PM tonight. If you have any questions for him please post them here or send me a PM....

Please drop by and listen. Weather coverage starts at 8PM EDT.

Mike ask Rhome about why NHC did not upgrade 94L in other words what cretiria did they used to not upgrade a well defined low pressure.
