OK, Who Can Afford Dennis the most?

I know...Nobody wants to mess with a Cat 3-4 Storm but Seriously We are sure this thing will be Making landfall along the Gulf Coast somewhere...Who and Where would talke the blow the best? I know for sure Pencacola is not the one(with Ivan clean upstll going on)...

BTW...Looks Cat 2 with winds of 100 and an eye forming...

am roughly 3 feet above mean sea level....we flood to boating depth on a spring tide....no cayo hueso cannot afford a storm surge, period. ....much less 8 feet....dennis will just have to go elsewhere to party 8-) .....rich
