12z nogaps already off... and not even fully out.

The 12z is showing that dennis should be approximately over... 22.3 81.8

but

The storm is already at 21.6 80.1 so this is not going to happen.
This is due to that here and there due north jogging, as its doing now.
Why can't the models see that the storm is moving north, and what is it that they are missing?

Mets have any ideas?
