Hurricane Dolly...Yes it made landfall at a lower lat. But it also shows us like Keith that system can develop back into hurricanes after the Yuctan.

Hurricane Allen...This is why we need to watch this system...Because of how warm these waters are. With the favabale upper level enviroment. Who knows what we will wake up to.
